Since 2025, we have been an official dual partner of the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) – another milestone in our commitment to practical training and targeted talent development.

Strengthening FI & HR through the Second Generation
In 2023, we expanded our team with international expertise: A member of the second generation with a background in Cognitive Science and strong language skills brings fresh, global perspectives to our Finance (FI) and Human Resources (HR) departments. With a clear focus on smart, future-oriented solutions, we drive digitalization and process optimization – always aiming to bring people and numbers together.
Focus on Sustainability and Energy Efficiency
In 2022, we set important course towards the future—with a clear emphasis on environmental awareness and resource conservation. Our new company headquarters impresses with a consistently sustainable overall concept: We exclusively source non-fossil energy, generate clean electricity with our own photovoltaic system, and rely on intelligent building management—for maximum energy efficiency in lighting and technology.
We also take a holistic approach to interior design: High-quality flooring made from recycled materials—including reclaimed fishing nets—and other eco-friendly materials underline our commitment to sustainable construction. And as has always been standard for us: We work completely digitally—entirely paperless.
New Generation, Established Values
With the entry of the second generation, a new chapter in our company’s history began in 2015. Since then, we have continued to lead the family business with fresh enthusiasm and a clear commitment to our long-standing values.
One of the three successors of the second generation brought a fresh international breeze: During a semester abroad in the International Business program, she gained practical experience directly on site with the client VINCI in France. This is a strong example of how we naturally combine international perspectives with our family-rooted down-to-earth approach. The close collaboration between young and old creates a trusting, appreciative environment for employees and partners alike. In this way, we ensure continuity, foster innovation, and lay a strong foundation for the sustainable future of our company.
Focus on Software Development and Sales with Emphasis on Procurement
In 2004, we intensified our focus on the development and distribution of software solutions—particularly our SAP system add-ins with a focus on procurement (MM module). With innovative tools and practical applications, we support our customers in making their procurement processes more efficient and sustainably optimizing costs.
This step underlines our commitment to creating real added value in procurement as a technology partner and offering long-term solutions.
Change to GmbH
In 1998, we took the formal step to a new legal form: Konzmann Consulting became a GmbH. This step strengthened our corporate structure, created clear responsibilities, and laid the foundation for sustainable growth. With the GmbH, we solidified our position as a reliable partner in the SAP environment and set the course for the future.
Launch of the First Market-Ready Product
In 1995, we launched our first finished add-in — a ready-to-use solution that could be implemented and used immediately. With tools like this, we optimized our customers’ process workflows and set new standards in SAP applications. Our add-ins work with real-time data, without redundant interfaces or time delays, ensuring efficient and reliable operations. A first step towards innovative in-house developments and practical solutions.
Founding of Konzmann Consulting
In 1994, we laid the foundation for our own consulting company with the establishment of Konzmann Consulting. From the very beginning, we focused on tailor-made solutions, cooperative partnerships, and the highest quality — values that continue to shape our actions to this day.
With a clear vision and entrepreneurial spirit, we began our journey as a reliable partner for SAP consulting and projects.
ENTRY INTO THE SAP® R/3® WORLD
1992 marks the beginning of our SAP expertise: The starting point was classic consulting services in the modules MM, SD, and PP – from process analysis to implementation. Early on, we supported complete SAP® R/3® implementation projects at renowned companies such as Daimler and EADS. A decisive year that laid the foundation for our long-standing expertise in the SAP environment.
